The Photo Database and its related image files can be accessed directly from the "photos" folder on the companion CD-ROM. The Photo Databse file has 2 tabs along the bottom. The first one is "Photo Data" which contains all related information for each photo. The "Thumbnails" tab contains a thumbnail of all the photos available in the database

Linked Photo No.: double clicking on any of the photo numbers in the far left column, will display the photo in a high resolution format.

AutoFilter Button: clicking on the AutoFilter button will display a list containing each of the items in the column, in alphabetical order, so that you can quickly find the item you want and click it. AutoFiltering selects just the data you need and hides all the rest. To further refine your search, you can repeat this process for any of the other columns of information. When you click on the AutoFilter arrow, only a list of the remaining items will be displayed for selection. Using the AutoFilter buttons does not change your data in any way. As soon as you select "all" in each of the columns used to define your search, all the data will reappear, exactly the same as it was before. Or, you can use the Excel tool bar "Data" option to return to the originally displayed information by selecting "Filter" and then "AutoFilter"

    Thumbnail tab
The Thumbnail page contains thumbnail images of all the photos described in the database. Double clicking on any of the thumbnails will display the photo in a high resolution format.
