The files for the FHWA Roadway Construction Noise Model (RCNM) computer program and the User's Guide are available on the companion CD-ROM and from http://rcnm.us/. For RCNM to operate, the program must be installed on your computer. This can be done by downloading the files from either the RCNM website or from the companion CD-ROM.
